Christopher A. Pocta
Chris Pocta earned his J.D. from Regent University School of Law in May of 2016, graduating in the top 20% of his class. During law school, he served as President of the Federalist Society, a Coordinator for the Trial Advocacy Board, and was a Graduate Assistant for the Center for Ethical Formation and Legal Education Reform.
Although Chris excelled in all of his classes, he received awards for having the highest grade in two of his classes – Contract Law and Virginia Civil Procedure. At graduation, Chris claimed yet another award, this time from the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. Attorney Pocta was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 2016, and he practices largely in business law, estate planning, landlord/tenant law, contracts, and many types of civil litigation.
